We hope you will go home confident in making pastry, handling and cooking meat (unless you specifically ask not to) and ready and able to repeat at home the skills you have learnt. All the dishes will be demonstrated and you will then cook each dish yourself. Everything will also be written down for you to refer to, or to use at home later.
