We are delighted that popular tutor, Ali Bilton will be returning to the School to lead one of her favourite, and one of our most popular, classes.  Ali has enjoyed an interesting and varied career within the catering industry. Over the past 30 years, she has set up her own business as well as working in private catering and restaurants. She is professionally trained and has spent time working in London, Spain and Hong Kong.  Ali is currently working on a number of new projects – www.alibiltoncooks.com

Come along to prepare three dishes, some of which could be your lunch, meet other enthusiastic cooks and learn new skills and techniques in a relaxed atmosphere.   The type of dishes could include the following, dependent upon seasonal availability: test1

  • Potted ham with red onion marmalade
  • Spiced cauliflower and parsnip soup
  • Tarragon fishcakes with tomato sauce
  • Creamy mustard chicken with winter vegetables
  • Venison stroganoff
  • Braised Duck legs with celeriac gratin
  • Honey and marmalade porter tart
  • Ginger and Rhubarb cheesecake
  • Carrot and Walnut Pudding

The class runs from 10.00am to 4.00pm and includes lunch.

The class includes lunch, which may be of dishes made, the rest will be yours to take home.
