Come along to prepare three dishes, some of which could be your lunch, meet other enthusiastic cooks and learn new skills and techniques in a relaxed atmosphere.   The type of dishes could include the following, dependent upon seasonal availability: test1 

  • Asparagus and smoked salmon tartlets
  • Yorkshire black pudding and apple salad
  • Smoked haddock fish cakes with creamy leeks
  • Brined pork chop with cider honey and mustard sauce
  • Duck legs braised with sloe port and thyme
  • Lamb meatball, Yorkshire fettle and tomato bake
  • Honey and Marmalade Porter tart
  • Strawberry shortcake with Elderflower cream
  • Caramelised apple cheesecake

 

Price – £130.00.  The class runs from 10.00am to 4.00pm and includes lunch.
