Chocolate is a way of life for Andrew Thwaite. He is never happier than when he’s working with it, talking about it, learning about it or sharing his sweet skills with other people. His passion is enriching other people’s lives with chocolate and he’s done that successfully for more than 20 years. During his career he’s been a manager, a strategist, a consultant and a teacher but above all he’s remained a natural-born chocolatier
We are delighted that Andrew has agreed to run two classes for us, this class concentrating on working with chocolate and a second combining chocolate basics and macaron making.
Working with Chocolate will cover:
The session will be hands on and demo led with plenty of opportunities to pick up tips and ask questions along the way
Each student will receive a copy of Andrew’s book “Working with Chocolate” and will take home all items made in suitable gift packaging
The November class will have a Christmas theme and the March date and Easter theme.
All ingredients and packaging will provided.
