We are delighted that Katy Beskow will be returning to the Yorkshire Wolds Cookery School. Katy is an award-winning food writer and recipe developer, showcasing modern vegetarian and vegan cooking using seasonal and locally sourced produce.
Her sell out debut cookbook 15 Minute Vegan was released in the UK and US in March 2017. Once inspired by a bustling and colourful market in South London, Katy now lives in rural Yorkshire. Katy’s recipes have been featured across a range of magazines and newspapers and she enjoys sharing tips and video demonstrations on the popular website www.littlemissmeatfree.co.uk
In this class you will cook simple and flavourful dishes for every night of the week. Using various cooking techniques, learn seven staple recipes alongside tips on shopping for ingredients, storage and how to create new dishes from basic recipes. You will work as a group or in pairs for the enchiladas, papardelle and cassoulet the remainder you will cook individually. Some of the dishes will be your lunch.
This class is suitable for vegans.
Please note, the class on 10th November will have a Christmassy theme.
