The Yorkshire Wolds Cookery School and Driffield Golf Club are delighted to announce the first YWCS Golf Day!
The afternoon commences with a bacon sandwich in the clubhouse followed by 18 holes on the beautiful parkland course.
The afternoon will close with a two course dinner at The Yorkshire Wolds Cookery, Highfield Farm, Southburn (only 3 miles from the course). The event is open to all lady gofers with a current or recently lapsed handicap.
What the day includes:
Oven roast salmon with herb crust and new potatoes
Chicken fillet, asparagus, green beans and new potatoes
White Chocolate and raspberry Cheesecake
Lemon Posset with berry compote and shortbread biscuit
The day is limited to 20 guests so please book early!
Driffield Golf Club expect all visitors and club members to respect a DRESS CODE requirement which is an acceptable level associated with golf's traditional standards.
Regrettably you will be refused access to the course and or clubhouse if you are not suitably attired.
On The Course
Shirts must have collars. Shorts should be tailored and worn with white sports socks. Denim jeans, track suits and cargo style shorts are not permitted.
In The Clubhouse
Smart casual wear at all times. No hats or golf shoes permitted. Smart denim jeans are permitted.
Mobile phones must not be used on the course or in the clubhouse except in a genuine emergency
