Street food is ready to eat food, sold in a public place such as a market or fair and of course on the street.  This flavourful food is sold for a reasonable price, for immediate consumption and intended to be eaten in a sociable setting.  In this class you will make a selection of exciting street food dishes from around the world such as:

  • Cajun Prawn Po’boy
  • Garradinada Almendras (spiced roast almonds)
  • Chicken and Sweetcorn Quesadillas
  • Kofte Smak (Moroccan spicy fish cakes)
  • Socca (chickpea) Pancakes with Avocado and Roasted Red Peppers
  • Smazeny Sgr (fried cheese) with Tartare sauce
  • Kabab Karaz (lamb meatballs in sour cherry sauce)
  • Beignets with Cinnamon Sugar
