A flavourful sauce or stock can turn a simple dish into something rather special and is the root of classical cookery. You will learn how to make the “mother” sauce, Bechamel, and the ever tricky hollandaise! Also three different stocks, the essential base to a huge number of dishes. Your lunch will be of dishes made the rest will be yours to take home for the freezer. You will make the following:
