Guided by Paul you will make a three course dinner with canapes that will both impress your guests but are cleverly thought out to allow you plenty of time with them rather than squirreling away in the kitchen!



  • Tempura King prawns with Sweet Chilli Sauce
  • Tartlets of Yorkshire Goats Cheese, Pesto, Pine Nuts and Plum Tomato
  • Mini Yorkshire Puddings, Rare Roast Beef, Red Onion Compote


  • Sweetcorn Panna Cotta,  Crab Cannelloni, Micro Sorrel

Main Course

  • Rare Breed Yorkshire Dexter Beef Fillet, Wild Garlic Puree, Rosemary Potato Fondant,  Caramelized Baby leeks, Cavolo Nero. Sticky Beef Jus


  • Dark Chocolate Fondant, Clotted Cream ice Cream, Cocoa Nib Tuile, Salted Caramel Sauce

Includes a light lunch which may be of dishes made. The rest will be yours to take home.
