Eat well and save money! This is a compact version of our highly successful Gold Duke of Edinburgh course. It is designed for those who want to do an intensive cookery course prior to going solo in the kitchen at uni or college.

This class is ideal for those heading off to university or embarking on a gap year. The dishes have been chosen with time, health benefits and budget in mind. You will be taught the following as well as getting lots of hints and tips along the way:
• Scotch Pancakes
• Pea and Mint soup
• Savoury Bread & Butter Pudding
• Strawberry Cheesecake
• Oaty biscuits
The class is a mixture of “hands on” and demonstration.
You will eat some of the dishes made for lunch and the rest is your to take home.
