Always wanted to create the delicate pastries we see in French Patisserie shops? Well now is your chance! This class will give you an introduction to the meaning and history of Patisserie and the Flours, Fats, Sugars, Raising Agents, Eggs, Milk, Cream used in their creation.
You will be guided through a range of techniques to create four wonderful treats:
The process of adding flour to fat
The techniques of preparing pastry
Finishing and presenting pastry products
The class includes a light lunch.
