  • Orzo and Beef Stifado – strips of beef browned and cooked in a spiced tomato and beef stock soaked up with orzo pasta
  • Cajun Prawn Risotto with Lemony Crumb Topping – fresh prawn and leak risotto with crunchy Panko breadcrumbs
  • Sweet Potato Coconut Dahl with Dukkah Salsa – vegetarian split lentil curry with spinach, served with wholemeal tortillas
  • Smoky Fish and Creme Fraiche Chowder – smoked fish, potato and carrots thickened and creme fraiche
Class notices

The class includes kedgeree for lunch the rest is yours to take home.
