Beat the takeaway and learn how to make your Curry favourites with traditional ingredients and methods in your own kitchen. Use authentic spices and flavours to recreate the restaurant favourites without just opening a jar.
You will make the following dishes and then enjoy the fruits of your labours in our dining room (with perhaps a beer or two!)
The chutney, pickle and coleslaw and rice will be demonstrated by Jono the rest you will create yourselves.
