Healthy eating isn’t just about watching calories and denying yourself. It is about eating a balanced diet of tasty whole foods with a range of colours, textures and flavours to excite the eyes as much as the palate. There is no shortcut to eating healthily; it requires preparation and a little bit of time to invest in getting the most out of the ingredients, but if you are keen to introduce more healthy food into your diet, this course will help you see how easy and delicious it is. Even snacks and desserts are allowed!
