We are delighted that popular tutor, Ali Bilton will be returning to the School to lead one of her favourite classes.  Ali has enjoyed an interesting and varied career within the catering industry. Over the past 30 years, she has set up her own business as well as working in private catering and restaurants. She is professionally trained and has spent time working in London, Spain and Hong Kong.  Ali is currently working on a number of new projects –

Impressive need not mean complicated or stressful.  What would be better than preparing your own delicious Thai dinner using authentic fresh ingredients and brushing up on your chopping skills! Learn how to prepare some of the delicious dishes that you may have tasted at your local Thai restaurant, and recreate them in your own home.Thai

Dishes prepared could include:

  • Spicy chicken salad (Yam gai)
  • Pork skewers (moo ping)
  • Grilled spicy steak (Nua nam tok)
  • Vegetable soup (Jap chai)
  • Prawns with Thai basil (Kung pad krapow)
  • Aromatic Duck Curry (geng gari bpet)
  • Beef with asparagus and oyster sauce (Nua pad nam man hoy)
  • Thai fruit salad (Frut sa-lad!)
Class notices

The class includes a light lunch, possibly of dishes made, the rest will be yours to take home.
