We are delighted that popular tutor, Ali Bilton will be returning to the School to lead one of her favourite classes. Ali has enjoyed an interesting and varied career within the catering industry. Over the past 30 years, she has set up her own business as well as working in private catering and restaurants. Impressive need not mean complicated or stressful. What would be better than preparing your own delicious Thai dinner using authentic fresh ingredients and brushing up on your chopping skills! Learn how to prepare some of the delicious dishes that you may have tasted at your local Thai restaurant, and recreate them in your own home.
