Examples of dishes cooked could include:

  • Medias ( Stuffed courgettes)
  • Hunnus kawarma (minced lamb with hummus)
  • Fattoush (Lebanese salad)
  • Meatballs with peas mint and yoghurt
  • Sofrito (Beef shortrib with dates and potatoes)
  • Patlican (Lamb and aubergine stew)
  • Chocolate cardamom and bitter orange mousse
  • Sambousek bi loz (Almond puff pastry pies)

The class includes lunch, possibly of dishes made, the remainder will be yours to enjoy at home.
