Join Paul Lee for a culinary journey through Vietnam and South East Asia.  Well known for its depth of flavour, light and fragrant dishes, this class will be sure to whet your appetie to learn more about this delicious cuisine. You will cook the following:

Vietnamese Chicken & Green Papaya Salad, Fried Shallots & Peanuts

Fried Spring Rolls – Vegetables, Shrimp, Pork with a Spring Roll Dipping Sauce

Cold Spicy Salad Soup with BBQ Shrimp Skewer

Caramelised Chilli Pork Belly, Raw Herb Salad, Vietnamise Fried Rice

Thai Style Rice Pudding, Pistachio & Mango & Mint

The class includes a light lunch of dishes made, the rest will be your to take home.
