We are thrilled to announce that Paul Lee has joined our growing list of guest chefs.
Paul is a highly experienced and dedicated professional chef with more than 35 years experience. Paul and his family opened CUX in 2013, a bespoke culinary service catering for both private and commercial clients.
Paul’s wife (a trained chef herself) and two sons (both active in the hospitality industry) are all fully involved in CUX events.
With Paul’s guidance you will prepare a three course meal, some of which will possibly be your lunch, leaving the rest for you to enjoy at home. The menu will be as follows:
Whitby Crab & Sweet Pea Panna Cotta

Peanut Butter & Toffee Popcorn, Freeze Dried Raspberries, Toasted Cocoa Nibs
The class includes lunch, which may be of dishes made, the rest will be yours to take home.
