Class details

You will prepare a three course meal, some of which will possibly be your lunch, leaving you the rest to enjoy at home. Examples of possible dishes depending upon seasonal availability:

Venison, blackberry and beetroot casserole made on last years Modern British class

  • Beetroot, Yorkshire Blue and hazelnut salad
  • Carrot and cardamom soup with crowdie dumplings
  • Mackerel tartare with a radish salad
  • Braised beef with carrot puree and grainy mustard
  • Duck, prunes and red cabbage
  • Lamb chump chops with spiced parsnip mash
  • Poached autumn fruits in berry and red wine sauce
  • Ginger creams with ginger crumb and rhubarb curd
  • Spiced chocolate pots with almond biscuits
  • Walnut meringue with apples and custard

The class includes lunch, which may be of dishes made, the rest will be yours to take home.
