Class Summary

Stuck for a new and delicious pud? We will give you some new ideas to create a show stopping dessert all of which can be put in the freezer.

Class details

You will make and take home three of the below desserts and have a fourth demonstrated, this will be eaten for lunch.  The puds you take home can be put in the freezer .

  • Gingerbread Yule Log
  • White forest meringue roulade
  • Spiced clementine upside down cake
  • Frozen tiramisu cheesecake
  • Chocolate and fig steamed pudding with chocolate sauce
  • Lime meringue roulade
  • Pear and frangipane tart

The class includes a light lunch.
