We are thrilled to announce that Paul Lee has joined our growing list of guest chefs.
Paul is a highly experienced and dedicated professional chef with more than 35 years experience. Paul and his family opened CUX in 2013, a bespoke culinary service catering for both private and commercial clients.
Paul’s wife (a trained chef herself) and two sons (both active in the hospitality industry) are all fully involved in CUX events.
With Paul’s guidance you will prepare a three course meal using classic french tecniques, some of which will possibly be your lunch, leaving the rest for you to enjoy at home. The menu will be as follows:
Tarte Fine of Lowna Dairy Goats Cheese
Womersley Balsamic & Yorkshire Rapeseed, Sandhutton Herbs, Edible Flowers
Leven Farm Confit of Duck Leg
Caramelized Red Cabbage, Smoked Bacon & Potato Gratin, Thyme Sauce
Orange & Vanilla Creme Brulee
Honey Marinated Berry Fruit, Lavender Shortbread
The class includes lunch perhaps of dishes made.
