Rachel will guide you through a number of fondant icing techniques including:
Please bring with you an 8″ round or square fruit cake on a 12″ board/drum or contact the office to discuss the options if you are not a fruit cake lover!
You will have freedom to decorate your cake as you choose within the guidelines provided by Rachel.
The class includes a light lunch.
