Tosin is a British-Nigerian chef now based in in Yorkshire . A registered nurse by profession but from a very young age has always loved cooking, starting from her mum’s kitchen in Nigeria.
Tosin makes authentic homemade chilli sauce and through her business, OSO Cook, she was head hunted by Channel 4 to participate in My Kitchen Rules UK Series 2 mentored by Michelin starred chef Glynn Purnell and the famous renowned Irish chef, Rachel Allen for about 6 weeks. She took a friend along with her and by cooking mainly traditional Nigerian food, she got into the Semi Finals. She met, cooked for and fed some of the best Michelin-starred and renowned chefs in the country.
Tosin continues to channel her traditional cooking via every opportunity as Nigerian cuisine has been tipped by the BBC, Waitrose and other food professionals to be one of the food trends to watch out for, especially in 2019.
