One of Steph’s favourite dishes of the moment is Korean spiced fried chicken with Asian salad – lip smackingly good she says! We cant wait to try it.
Korean Spiced Fried Chicken with Asian Salad
Nordic style cured salmon with sweet mustard dressing and pickled baby vegetables
Learn how to French trim a rack of lamb to be served with a herb crust, tarteflette potatoes and minted baby Fermier vegetables with our own home-grown peas served with a red wine jus
For pudding we are going down under:
Mini chocolate lamingtons, dark cherry and wattle seed pavlova and kiwi mint salsa
You will eat a light lunch from the dishes cooked and have plenty to take home.
