Join Michelin Star chef James Mackenzie for a fun and informative class where you will create dishes for sensational Summer dining. Owner and head chef of The Pipe and Glass, South Dalton James is a regular guest chef at the Yorkshire Wolds Cookery School.

We are delighted that James will be continuing his sell out classes at the Cookery School. You will create a number of dishes, some from his debut book On The Menu and others created especially for the day. Dishes that have earned The Pipe & Glass, South Dalton a Michelin Star for the sixth year running. A great day surrounded by fine food delivered by an expert in his field!
