Katy Beskow is an award-winning food writer and recipe developer, showcasing modern vegetarian and vegan cooking using seasonal and locally sourced produce.
Her debut cookbook 15 Minute Vegan is released in the UK and US in March 2017 by Quadrille Publishing. Once inspired by a bustling and colourful market in South London, Katy now lives in rural Yorkshire.
Katy’s recipes have been featured across a range of magazines and newspapers and she enjoys sharing tips and video demonstrations on the popular website www.littlemissmeatfree.co.uk
In this new class regular tutor Katy Beskow will guide you through a range of recipes and meal ideas for those new to the vegan diet. The class will include main course dishes, desserts and pastry treats. Menu coming soon but diehs could incude!
