Preparing and cooking fish and shellfish is not as daunting as you think, spend a day with us  preparing three delicious dishes.

The type of dishes prepared could include:

  • Sole and courgette gratin
  • Herbed fish gougons with tartare sauce
  • Friday fish pie
  • Smoked fish terrine
  • Calamari in tempura batter
  • Smoked haddock chowder
  • Italian sweet pickled fish
  • Haddock with a warm leek, apple and potato salad
  • Mackerel tartare with avocado and pickled radish
  • Tarragon fishcakes with tomato sauce
  • Baked crab
  • Whisky and brown sugar cured salmon with sweet and sour apple salad
  • Cod with a crab and herb crust with a watercress tartare sauce
Class notices

The class includes a light lunch perhaps of dishes made, the rest being yours to take home.
You will prepare and fillet the fish.
