Enrolments Fees for all courses are payable in full, in advance

Payment

Please make all payments either by cheque or credit/debit card. Cheques are to be in sterling (GBP) and made payable to ‘JSR Farms Ltd’.

Cancelation & Refund Policy (For Duke of Edinburgh Classes please see section below)

With over 14 days notice: Course fees will be refunded in full subject to an administration fee
of £10.00

With 14 to 2 days notice: Fees will be returned less £10.00 administration fee if we are able to fill your place.

If we are unable to reallocate your place a 50% refund will be given.

Less than 48 hours notice – 50% refund will be given if we are able to fill your place. No refund will be offered if we are unable to fill your place.

In the unlikely event that we have to cancel a course we will endeavour to offer you a suitable alternative. If this is not possible you will be entitled to a full refund.

Please note we do require a minimum attendance on all courses and sadly may have to cancel if the appropriate number is not reached

More than 14 days notice – acceptable subject to an administration fee of £10.00
0 – 14 days notice – £10.00 fee if we are able to fill your original place, £50.00 if we are
unable to reallocate your place.

Health and Safety

There is no smoking anywhere inside the buildings. We recommend that visitors wearappropriate clothing, low-heeled and no-scuff shoes (not open toed) in the kitchen.

Property

Any property including vehicles, belonging to students are brought to the ‘Yorkshire Wolds Cookery School’ at student’s own risk and the proprietors accept no responsibility for any loss or damage to the property of any students, nor do they accept any liability for any
personal injury to any student.

Standards

Students are expected to conduct themselves in accordance with the highest standards during their course and the proprietors reserve the right to order any student to leave without reimbursement of fees if the student does not observe such standards and any regulations of Yorkshire Wolds Cookery School or is guilty of unreasonable or improper conduct.

Miscellaneous

Fees and dates are quoted as at the time of going to press. We reserve the right to make alterations as and where relevant. You will be notified immediately of any changes.

Alterations

The Yorkshire Wolds Cookery School reserves the right under unavoidable circumstances, to alter the timing or content of any course or of the curriculum and to substitute any teacher or instructor.

Cancellations

More than 40 days notice – course fees will be returned in full subject to an administration fee of £100.00 Less than 40 days notice – ALL course fees will be retained unless we are able to fill your place. If we are able to reallocate your place course fees will be returned in full subject to an administration fee of £100.00. Less than seven days – no refund will be offered.

In the unlikely event that we have to cancel a course we will endeavour to offer you a suitable alternative. If this is not possible you will be entitled to a full refund.
