Environment

We strongly believe in supporting the Yorkshire farming industry. The majority of the meat we use will be sourced from nearby, local farms. In an attempt to reduce our food miles, we are committed to using in-season produce whenever we can and will only use sustainable fish and seafood.

Because we are sourcing direct from farms and local suppliers, our produce is supplied in minimal packaging too. We recycle as much as possible to reduce our carbon footprint and use environmentally friendly cleaning products.
