Come along to prepare three dishes, some of which could be your lunch, meet other enthusiastic cooks and learn new skills and techniques in a relaxed atmosphere.   The type of dishes could include the following, dependent upon seasonal availability: test1

  •  Staal’s hot smoked salmon, beetroot and horseradish salad
  • Pear and Yorkshire Blue tart
  • Slow cooked belly of Yorkshire pork with Moorlands cider
  • Braised beef with onions and suet crust pastry
  • Yorkshire venison toad in the hole
  • East Yorkshire honey parfait with spiced red wine plums
  • Apple and bramble jelly
  • Chocolate beetroot mousse cake

Price – £130.00.  The class runs from 10.00am to 4.00pm and includes lunch.
