Learn how to work with chocolate from an expert in his field. Andrew Thwaite, Master Chocolatier, will lead you through a range of skills and techniques to produce perfect chocolate treats!

Chocolate is a way of life for Andrew Thwaite.  He is never happier than when he’s working with it, talking about it, learning about it or sharing his sweet skills with other people.  His passion is enriching other people’s lives with chocolate and he’s done that successfully for more than 20 years. During his career he’s been a manager, a strategist, a consultant and a teacher but above all he’s remained a natural-born chocolatier

  • Transfer printed moulded chocolates
  • Hand dipped truffles
  • 4 decorated lollipops
  • 2 decorated inclusion chocolate bars

The session will be hands on and demo led with plenty of opportunities to pick up tips and ask questions along the way

Each student  will have their own equipment and will take home all items made in suitable gift packaging
