Spring is Here! – 25th April 2017DSC_2806

  • Smoked mackerel pate with pickled cucumber
  • Apple, bacon and celeriac salad
  • Spring vegetable broth with shredded chicken
  • Stuffed shoulder of lamb with goats cheese and sunblush tomatoes
  • Braised duck leg with star anise and cinnamon
  • Lemon and passion fruit mousse with marinated kiwi
  • Chocolate and hazelnut tart

Autumn 2017

  • Roast squash with roasted tomatoes and feta
  • Salad of pickled pear, walnuts and Yorkshire blue cheese
  • Chicken breast wrapped with Parma ham, stuffed with creamy wild mushrooms
  • Slow cooked pork belly with Asian spices
  • Caramelised apple tart
  • Raisthorpe orange parfait with citrus salad

Includes and light lunch which may be of dishes made. The rest will be yours to take home.
