Lazy days of summer on a plate.  We will prepare three courses with a Mediterranean flavour, you may eat some for lunch, but the rest is yours to take away.  Sample dishes could include any from the following, dependent on produce and seasonal availability:

  • Marinated aubergines with pine nuts and raisins
  • Pistou Spiced vegetable couscous
  • Sea Bass en papillote
  • Roast loin of pork stuffed with figs, olives and almonds
  • Lamb casserole with broad beans and garlic
  • Chicken thighs with lemon and garlic
  • Stuffed peaches with mascarpone cream
  • Glazed prune tart
