  • Aubergines with tomatoes and chickpeas – Mussaka’A Menzazzeleh
  • Turkish yoghurt cake – Yoghurtlu Tatlisi
  • Thick red lentil soup – Shorba al-adas al ahmar
  • Turkish Cigars – Sigara-bouregi-bourek
  • Spiced lamb – Shwarma
  • Chicken, Freekeh, chillies and pistachios – Djaj bi-freekeh, har wa fustok halabi
  • Baked kibbeh with onion and pine nut topping – Kibbeh Saniyeh
  • Turkish yoghurt cake – Yoghurtlu Tatlisi
  • Cream pudding – Ashtalieh
  • The nights of Lebanon – Layali Loubnan
