You will prepare a three course meal, some of which will possibly be your lunch, leaving you the rest to enjoy at home. Examples of possible dishes depending upon seasonal availability:

  • Garden pea and rocket soup with pesto
  • Asparagus and crab Mayonnaise
  • Twice baked spinach soufflés
  • Pan fried mackerel with smoked mackerel fishcakes and pea salad
  • Shoulder of lamb stuffed with goats cheese, sun blush tomatoes and basil
  • Chicken breasts stuffed with herbs, served with roasted summer vegetables
  • Baked Lemon and vanilla cheesecake with marinated strawberries
  • Basil, raspberry and hazelnut meringues
  • Chocolate and praline mousse
