Preparing and cooking fish and shellfish is not as daunting as you think, spend a day with us  preparing three delicious dishes.


The type of dishes prepared could include:

  • Cullen skink
  • Twice baked smoked haddock soufflé, with tomato and olive sauce
  • Parmesan crust plaice with parsley mash
  • Indonesian fish curry with mango salsa
  • Crab leek and Parmesan tart
  • Sole and courgette gratin
  • Asian salmon burgers with wasabi mayonnaise
  • Mussels in a mild curry cream sauce
  • Herbed fish gougons with tartare sauce
  • Friday fish pie
  • Smoked fish terrine
  • Calamari in tempura batter
  • Thai crabcakes
Class notices

The class includes a light lunch perhaps of dishes made, the rest being yours to take home.
You will prepare and fillet the fish.
