If you are looking for a relaxing break away from busy city life, or simply want to take in some of the beautiful scenery of the Yorkshire Wolds, then Highfield Farm is the place for you.

Our accommodation has been finished to the highest standard and is made up of seven double/twin rooms and a two bedroom self-contained holiday cottage. Each room is named after a Yorkshire Wolds village and enjoys views of the surrounding countryside.

The rooms benefit from luxurious en suite facilities and each has been individually decorated to offer a comfortable setting in which to unwind. Tea and coffee making facilities are available in every room and there are several ground floor rooms with easy access for disabled guests.

There is a comfortable lounge area where you can relax in the evening and dedicated dining room. The Highfield farmstead faces south, so the yard and patio area provides a wonderful sun trap and is a great place to socialise during the summer.

If you want to get out and about, we have marked out several walks with nearby points of interest so you can take in some of the fresh Yorkshire air and charming landscape.

Please be aware that Highfield accommodation is a non-smoking establishment, however, designated smoking areas are available.

Southburn Room

Relax and feel at home in our Southburn Room where country meets contemporary. You have the choice of either a twin or double bed. The room comes with excellent disable facilities including a large wet room. Once you stay you won't want to leave!

Kirkburn Room

Representing the quaint village of Kirkburn, our Kirkburn Room is cosy and warm with a natural decor. Choose either a twin or double bed for your night's stay. It has an en suite with toilet, washbasin and contemporary shower area.

Hutton Room

Our Hutton Room, is both charming and beautiful. The room is on the first floor with either the choice of a twin or double bed. Just like our other rooms, the Hutton Room comes with a modern and convenient toilet, washbasin and shower.

Cranswick Room

The Cranswick Room is the sister to our Hutton Room and embodies warmth, comfort and luxury. Featuring either a twin or double bed and en suite with a toilet, washbasin and shower over a bath.

Neswick Room

Like the small village of Neswick, the Neswick Room has a cosy atmosphere where you can relax and feel at ease. The room has either a twin or double bed and comes standard with a washroom including a shower over a bath.

Sunderlandwick Room

Enjoy a night's stay in our Sunderlandwick Room. a stylish and modern room where you can make yourself at home. Like our other rooms, you have the choice of either a twin or double bed and a toilet, washbasin and shower over a bath is provided.
